6 years agoCleveland Indians rookie starting pitcher Shane Bieber threw seven scoreless innings on Friday, allowing just four hits and a walk while striking out nine. Bieber picked up his second big league win with the strong effort. He's been a bit up and down since coming up to Cleveland, but he showed his upside Friday and should be able to maintain a spot in the starting rotation as long as he keeps pitching well.
