3 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Shane Baz (elbow) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Saturday. He underwent arthroscopic elbow surgery in late March. Tampa Bay acquired right-hander Javy Guerra from the Giants and moved Baz to make room on the 40-man roster. The 22-year-old can return in June at the earliest but has plenty of upside after posting a 2.03 ERA, 0.68 WHIP, and an 18:3 K: BB across 13 1/3 innings in 2021. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Baz in all league formats.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
