2 years agoOklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (hip) was on fire Tuesday night, leading the Thunder to a win over the Clippers with 33 points. Gilgeous-Alexander shot 11-for-22 from the field and also contributed eight assists, five rebounds, three steals, three blocks and two threes for a full line in 37 minutes. After being ruled out a day in advance, Gilgeous-Alexander was eventually cleared to play and showed the hip injury was nothing serious. The Thunder will have days where they sit Gilgeous-Alexander as the quest for Victor Wembanyama continues, but he has immense upside when he does play.--Dale Johnson
