4 years agoNew York Mets relief pitcher Seth Lugo (elbow) remains on track for a return to the team in mid-to-late May according to Mets manager Luis Rojas. Once he returns from the injured list, Lugo should work with Trevor May and Miguel Castro to handle late-inning work as a bridge to get to closer Edwin Diaz. Lugo will be in line to put up elite ratios and strikeouts, to go with a large number of holds, and perhaps some saves if Diaz struggles. Managers in leagues that reward holds should have Lugo squarely on their radar if he is still available on the waiver wire.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
