2 years agoNew York Mets relief pitcher Seth Lugo picked up his third save of the season in Monday's 7-4 win over the Reds. Lugo entered the game to pitch the ninth inning up by three. He got the first two hitters out on a ground out and a line out, allowed a single, and got the final out on another ground out. The 32-year-old has pitched well overall this season with a 3.45 ERA. Still, he has only converted half of his save opportunities and has limited fantasy value with teammate Edwin Diaz firmly entrenched as the team's closer. Diaz closed out Sunday's game, so he was likely getting a day of rest on Monday.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
