Seth DeValve Agrees With Panthers
5 years agoThe Carolina Panthers agreed to an undisclosed deal with tight end Seth DeValve on Thursday, according to his agent, Chris Cabott. DeValve spent the 2019 season with the Jaguars, where he caught 12 of his 18 targets for 140 yards and no touchdowns in 12 games. He spent the previous three seasons with the Browns, who took him as a fourth-round selection in 2016. The 27-year-old has a career high of 33 catches for 395 yards and a score back in 2017 and should give Carolina some depth behind starter Ian Thomas in 2020. Unless Thomas misses time with an injury, DeValve will likely reside on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues.
