Seranthony Dominguez Blows Save, Takes Loss
6 years agoThe Philadelphia Phillies currently find themselves in a dangerous skid and things took another turn for the worse Wednesday night in the nation’s capital. Leading by a run in the ninth, Seranthony Dominguez entered the game seeking a save but would surrender a heartbreaking, two-run home run as the Nationals walked off with the victory. It was the rookie’s fourth loss and fourth blown save of the year. The Phillies have now lost four consecutive games, seven of their last 10 and have fallen three games behind the Atlanta Braves in the NL East.
