6 years agoBoston Celtics small/power forward Semi Ojeleye poured in 13 points off the bench in just 14 minutes during Saturday’s win over the Chicago Bulls. His 13 points sets a new season high, but also ties his career high from last year. Minutes have been scarce for Ojeleye this year, who entered the night averaging just 10.1 per game, but with both Al Horford (knee) and Aron Baynes (ankle) on the shelf, he filled in admirably Saturday. Ojeleye isn’t worth any type of fantasy consideration despite his impressive performance.--Jesse Borek

3 years agoMilwaukee Bucks power forward/center Bobby Portis (hamstring) and power forward Semi Ojeleye (calf) have been ruled out for Saturday's game against San Antonio. The duo have yet to appear during the regular season for Milwaukee, as Jordan Nwora has been the primary beneficiary of added playing time. The absences of Porter and Ojeleye are particularly problematic when coupled with Brook Lopez (back) sidelined as well, which opens the door for Sandro Mamukelashvili. Portis holds more season-long fantasy relevance of the duo, but the next shot that either will have to return to action comes Monday vs. the Pacers.--Jesse Borek

3 years agoMilwaukee Bucks power forward/center Bobby Portis (hamstring) and power forward Semi Ojeleye (calf) have been deemed unavailable for Thursday's contest against the Heat. The duo missed Tuesday's season opener, which allowed Pat Connaughton to log 30 minutes off the bench and Jordan Nwora to get 26 -- both figure to see similar usage Thursday without two key frontcourt cogs in the mix. When healthy, Portis is a borderline season-long fantasy asset due to his volume and newfound efficiency; he shot a career-high 52.3 percent from the field last season, adding 7.1 boards per contest. The next chance that Portis or Ojeleye will have to take the court comes Saturday vs. the Spurs.--Jesse Borek
