32 seconds agoChicago Cubs outfielder Seiya Suzuki (wrist) has been scratched from the lineup for Wednesday's series finale against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers at Wrigley Field due to right-wrist soreness, according to the team. Suzuki is being considered day-to-day. Veteran Justin Turner will serve as the designated hitter and will bat third against Dodgers right-hander Ben Casparius. Fantasy managers will want to make sure Suzuki is out of their lineup for Wednesday's action, but hopefully he'll be feeling good enough to return for Friday's series opener against the visiting Philadelphia Phillies after an off day on Thursday. It's a bit concerning for the 30-year-old, though, as he also missed three games last week with the same issue. Since returning in the last five games, Suzuki has gone 5-for-22 with a double, two homers and five RBI.
