3 years agoNew York Mets relief pitcher Sean Reid-Foley (elbow) has been diagnosed with a partial UCL tear in his right elbow. He was placed on the 10-day injured list on Sunday. The team hasn't revealed what the plans are for Reid-Foley, but he is expect to miss a big chunk of time, potentially the rest of the season. Tommy John surgery is one of the potential options for him. Fellow right-handed pitcher Yoan Lopez was called up to fill Reid-Foley's roster spot.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
