4 years agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Scott Wedgewood earned his third victory of the campaign on Thursday, backstopping his team to a 3-2 win over the visiting Pittsburgh Penguins. The backup netminder stopped 40 of 42 shots faced in the contest - his second 40-save performance this month. Wedgewood has really cemented his role as of late in posting a 2.20 goals-against average and a .938 save percentage over his past four starts. Fantasy owners don't need to rush to the waiver wire to scoop up Wedgewood (3% owned in Yahoo! leagues) but he's deserving of streaming consideration each time he gets the call in net in New Jersey.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
