Scott Kingery Picks Up First Career Home Run
7 years agoStarting at shortstop for the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday, top second base prospect Scott Kingery secured his first career home run in a victory over the Cincinnati Reds. The 23-year-old batted sixth, picking up just one hit and a walk, but the blast was a major milestone for Kingery. He continues to play multiple positions, having played shortstop, third base and outfield already with just under 10 games in. As the season progresses and he becomes eligible for more positions in fantasy play, he’ll become an even hotter commodity.
