5 years agoUpdating a previous report, Philadelphia Phillies manager Gabe Kapler said that infielder/outfielder Scott Kingery's (stomach) abdominal issue that forced him from the game on Monday is gastrointestinal and not muscular, so he's expected to be fine. That means we're likely to see Kingery back in the lineup on Tuesday. He's been useful in most mixed leagues this year by hitting .273/.336/.499 with 15 homers, 51 runs, 43 RBI and 10 stolen bases while also contributing nice positional flexibility. He came into Monday hitting .282 (22-for-78) with two homers, 13 RBI and three steals in 21 games in August.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
