Satoshi Kodaira Will Compete in His First Players Championship
7 years agoThe 27th-ranked player in the world, Satoshi Kodaira, will make his first PGA Tour start since his breakthrough RBC Heritage victory. Kodaira, who has a Japanese Tour start since his RBC win, finished T32 in his home country's tournament two weeks ago. Kodaira's win at the RBC Heritage came out of left field, even though his ranking would indicate otherwise. Before the RBC Heritage, Kodaira's best PGA Tour result was a T28 at this year's Masters. Kodaira's middling $7,100 price tag on DraftKings makes him impossible to use, despite his top-30 world ranking. There's a lot of value to be had in that range, and we would look elsewhere.
