Saquon Barkley Stays Locked In As An RB1 Against New England
12 months agoVolume is king in fantasy football and New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is getting all of the volume. Since his return from an ankle injury, Barkley has only dropped below 15 touches once in six games. His worst yardage total in that stretch is 61 yards in a blowout loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Last week, the two-time Pro Bowler racked up 140 total yards and scored twice. Barkley gets another chance to run rampant as the focal point of the New York offense in Week 12. The New England Patriots are middle-of-the-pack for fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. The Giants may actually be able to play with a lead, based on recent performances by these two teams from the Northeast. That could provide Barkley with even more carries in this matchup.
