3 months agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley had a stellar showing in the 34-29 win over the Packers in Brazil. Making his debut with the Eagles on Friday night, Barkley ran the ball 24 times, amassing 109 yards while finding the end zone twice. It didn't end there, with the former Giant catching both targets for 23 yards and a touchdown. The veteran signed a three-year, $37.75 million contract with the Eagles this offseason after spending his entire career with the Giants. His talent has never been questioned. However, he'll need to stay healthy, which has been an issue in the past. With a win in the books, the Eagles will fly home for some rest before preparing for a Week 2 Monday Night Football showdown with the Atlanta Falcons.
