9 months agoFormer Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Sammis Reyes (concussion) is healthy again and is free to sign with any NFL team this offseason, according to a league source. The Jaguars waived Reyes on Monday after he retired from football last August following his concussion in training camp last summer. The 28-year-old will attempt to continue his playing career in the NFL now that he's past his concussion, though. Reyes was active for 11 games (one start) in 2021 with the Washington Commanders but wasn't targeted at all in the passing game. Wherever he lands this offseason, he'll merely be providing tight end depth and won't be a lock for the 53-man regular-season roster.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
