Sam Reinhart Replaces Claude Giroux On Top Line
3 years agoFlorida Panthers forward Sam Reinhart will join the first line for Thursday's matchup against Chicago, replacing Claude Giroux. The former Flyers captain has had a very good start in Florida with five points across four appearances, but head coach Andrew Brunette had decided to shake up the lines a bit. Giroux will center the second line between Jonathan Huberdeau and Ryan Lomberg, who had a big game with two goals and an assist in Tuesday's 7-4 victory over Montreal. Reinhart is averaging exactly a point per game this season in 63 outings and he should be a great fit on the top line. It will also be interesting to see how Giroux does on the second line.
