3 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold (concussion) has been cleared to play this week and will be active against the Patriots. However, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, there is still a legitimate possibility that Darnold does not start and instead backs up P.J. Walker.
