2 months agoMinnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold makes his team debut as he travels to play a New York Giants defense that was competent against quarterbacks for fantasy last season. The 27-year-old has plenty of reason to think he can course-correct his career to this point as he is playing with objectively the best offensive situation he's had in Minnesota, given the pass catchers and coaching staff so that some potential optimism may be warranted. However, the Giants' defense was tied for third in the league last season in interceptions and in the top-10 for interception rate; given Darnold's history of interceptable passes, the quarterback is better suited for superflex or 2QB leagues in Week 1.--Bruce Clark - RotoBaller
