4 days agoColorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders was once viewed as a potential top-five selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, but his stock has seemingly been falling over the last few weeks. Now, the New Orleans Saints, who hold the No. 9 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, are listed by DraftKings with the best odds (+275) of taking Sanders among all NFL teams. In ESPN's Mel Kiper's latest mock draft on Tuesday, he has New Orleans pulling the trigger on Sanders in the nine-hole. While the Saints still have Derek Carr on the roster, the search for the quarterback of the future could already be underway under new head coach Kellen Moore. Sanders, who threw for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in his final collegiate season, could fit that bill. If he's taken by New Orleans, he'll likely spend at least a chunk of his rookie season on the bench.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
