Saints Sign Brandon Dillon
2 years agoThe New Orleans Saints signed free-agent tight end Brandon Dillon to an undisclosed deal on Tuesday. Dillon spent most of the last three seasons on the Minnesota Vikings practice squad, and he joined the New York Jets last December. He played in just five games for Minnesota in his three seasons with them, catching his only target for six yards. The 25-year-old will be competing for a roster spot in training camp next month and will be competing with the likes of J.P. Holtz, Kahale Warring and rookie Lucas Krull. The Saints are pretty stacked at the position with Adam Trautman, Taysom Hill, Nick Vannett and Juwan Johnson.
