Saints Defense Crumbles Late On Monday
2 years agoThe New Orleans Saints defense put together a strong showing, holding Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay offense to just three points through the first three and a half quarters of Monday night's Week 13 game. They crumbled in the final three minutes of the game, surrendering two touchdowns and losing the game in the final seconds on a six-yard Tom Brady touchdown pass to Rachaad White. The Saints recorded one sack (Shy Tuttle and Tanoh Kpassagnon) and one interception (Demario Davis) and surrendered 350 yards of offense in the loss. They head into the bye with a Week 15 matchup against Atlanta on tap to start the fantasy playoff stretch.
