Saddiq Bey Leads The Way Saturday Night
3 years agoDetroit Pistons small forward Saddiq Bey was pretty much the only player to show up for Saturday's contest versus Chicago, leading the team with 20 points and a career-high 16 rebounds in a 97-82 loss. Bench contributors Kelly Olynyk and Trey Lyles were the only other players to get into double figures in scoring. Bey shot 8-for-16 from the field with a 1-for-5 record from outside and was perfect with three free-throw attempts. The 22-year-old added one assist, one steal and one block to his line with four turnovers in 34 minutes. Bey started to break through last season and has continued to gain more confidence early this term, He'll face Atlanta next in a tough road game.
