Saddiq Bey Drops 28 Points With Six Treys
4 years agoDetroit Pistons forward Saddiq Bey erupted offensively in Wednesday's 116-112 win over the Raptors. Bey scored a team-high 28 points with 12 boards, six triples, two assists, and two steals, bouncing back after a few lackluster performances offensively. The 21-year-old impressively made all six free throws and didn't commit a single turnover in 39 minutes. Per StatMuse, Bey has now had two games with 25-plus points, 10-plus rebounds, and 5-plus threes this season- and is the only rookie in franchise history to accomplish such a feat. It's an encouraging performance, though Bey has been a bit too inconsistent to trust for DFS purposes, even with a matchup against the reeling Rockets on deck.
