4 months agoFree-agent quarterback Ryan Tannehill is enjoying life with his family while acknowledging he's received offers from clubs around the National Football League. While that doesn't mean he's not interested in returning to the NFL, he's also waiting for the right situation before contemplating a comeback. "It's a weird feeling, right? Just because I've done it so long and loved every step of the way," said Tannehill during an interview. "But my son's birthday is tomorrow. I'm just going to get to celebrate my son's birthday fully and not be in training camp, so I'm really excited for that. But yeah, it's a weird feeling. I'm staying in shape and staying ready if the right thing pops up and comes available. But also at the same time, really enjoying where I'm at and the time with the family." The veteran signal-caller has played for the Dolphins and Titans since entering the league in 2012. In 155 games, he's thrown for 34,881 yards, 216 touchdowns, and 115 interceptions, adding 2,103 yards and 27 scores off 440 carries. With that said, teams will need a quarterback at some point during the 2024-25 campaign, meaning fantasy managers should continue to monitor Tannehill's plans throughout the season.
