Ryan Tannehill Done At Least For Rest Of Regular Season
2 years agoTennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill (ankle) will be out for at least the rest of the regular season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The veteran underwent surgery on a high-ankle sprain after getting banged up in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. There's a chance the signal-caller could return for the postseason. However, Schefter reported that it's a "long shot," so it's reasonable to assume Tannehill won't be back until next year. Malik Willis is expected to be under center for the remainder of the 2022-23 campaign, meaning Tannehill can be dropped from fantasy rosters. The rookie has thrown 177 yards and a pick while completing just 44.7% of his throws this season. As a result, Willis isn't recommended in any fantasy setup, despite his ability to get things done on the run.
