5 years agoThe Tennessee Titans placed kicker Ryan Succop (knee) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday and signed free agent Cairo Santos in a corresponding move, according to a source. Succop will have to sit out the first half of the season now, so he's obviously not a fantasy option. Santos made 14 of his 18 field-goal attempts with the Rams and Buccaneers last year. He's an 83.2 percent kicker in his five years in the league, but he's gone just 7-for-14 from 50-plus yards. He's an adequate fill-in for a run-first offense and should see plenty of opportunities, but Santos isn't on the fantasy radar to begin the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
