Ryan Strome Appears To Have Escaped Serious Injury
3 years agoNew York Rangers forward Ryan Strome failed to complete Sunday's 5-4 overtime victory against the Sabres with a lower-body injury, but he shouldn't miss a lot of time. "I don't see anything serious," said Rangers head coach Gerard Gallant after the game. Strome took only six shifts on Sunday and was forced off in the first period. The 29-year-old has been a bit quiet lately, but Strome has had a solid season overall with 15 goals and 30 assists across 62 games. He should be considered day-to-day for now. The Rangers return to action on Tuesday against Pittsburgh.
