Ryan Pressly Earns 30th Save
2 years agoHouston Astros relief pitcher Ryan Pressly fired a scoreless ninth inning against the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday. The right-hander earned himself his 30th save of the season during this contest. Pressley has converted 30 of his 34 save opportunities this season, which is fairly solid. He holds a strong 2.91 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 57/10 K/BB across 45 appearances this season. The 30-save mark is always a nice accomplishment for a relief pitcher.
