1 year agoSt. Louis Cardinals closer Ryan Helsley picked up his 12th save of the season in Monday's 1-0 win over the Brewers. Helsley came in to pitch the top of the ninth up by one and turned in a 1-2-3 inning with a strikeout. The 29-year-old has returned to form since rejoining the team in September and now has a 2.43 ERA and 12.15 K/9 rate over 33 1/3 innings pitched this season.
