Ryan Clifford Performing Well Through June
5 months agoNew York Mets infield prospect Ryan Clifford has been performing quite well through June and is beginning to find his footing at Double-A. Clifford was promoted to Double-A Binghamton on May 13 and was riding a poor .143/.276/.286 slash line with one home run through his first 15 games at that level. However, since June 1, the 20-year-old has posted a much-improved .282/.482/.846 line with six long balls and a strong 14:10 BB:K. Since June 8, Clifford only has gone two games without recording a hit. The fourth-ranked prospect in the Mets system on MLB.com is projected to reach the majors in 2026 and could become an interesting stash candidate in dynasty leagues if he continues to perform well at Double-A.
