Ryan Blaney Is A Quality DFS Choice For Daytona Lineups
3 months agoRyan Blaney scored a starting position of 14th for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway this week. This marks the second race in a row at Daytona that Blaney will start outside of the Top 10 after he started 32nd in the Daytona 500 earlier this year. In 18 starts at the site, Blaney has one win and seven top-10 finishes while placing in the Top 15 in three of the last five Cup events at the site. With 24 races done so far in 2024, Blaney has two wins, 11 top-10 finishes, and an average finish of 14.9. Blaney led every race at tracks using the superspeedway rules package this year, including Atlanta, where he led 31 times before finishing as the runner-up. Since Team Penske is one of the top teams for superspeedways based on equipment and with Blaney's strong history at the track type overall, he is a driver who can be counted on as a quality choice for any DFS contest this week.
