Ryan Blaney Drives Pocono Like a Race Course, On DFS Radar Sunday.
3 years agoThe inverted start gives Ryan Blaney a chance for place differential potential that is just not possible usually. He will start 16th in the second Pocono race on Sunday as the Stewart Haas Racing driver nabbed a top-five result on Saturday. Blaney finished the second stage in fifth and that is ultimately where he stayed. Among the top seven finishers on Saturday, Blaney was the only one that did not lead a single lap. He simply put his car in a position to be near the front. At Pocono, that usually means success. The No. 12 did lose a good deal of track position once but Blaney rectified that. He may have to do that again on Sunday.
