The Cardinals have been one of the best defenses against quarterbacks this season, as they're allowing an average of just 16.8 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Meanwhile, since putting up over 27 fantasy points in Week 1, Russ has two games over 22 fantasy points and three games under 17, including two under 10. Wilson's finger limited his play a week ago and if he's still not fully healthy, the offense is going to suffer again.
