Russell Westbrook Delivers Monster Triple-Double
4 years agoWashington Wizards guard Russell Westbrook was everywhere on the court in a losing effort to the Bucks on Saturday. Westbrook scored 42 points with 12 assists, 10 rebounds, five triples, and two steals in a 125-119 loss. With Bradley Beal (knee) getting a rest day on the second half of a back-to-back, Westbrook got all the usage he could handle, producing the 13th 40-point triple-double of his career. It has to be rewarding for his fantasy managers, as he looks healthy and similar to the MVP version of himself. It will be interesting to see if he can keep it up in Monday's rematch with Milwaukee, as it has generally been a tough matchup for point guards. Expect another good game from Westbrook, though a second 40-point triple-double is unlikely.
