Russell Knox flashed signs of form with his irons and a T7 finish at the Sony Open, but then missed the cut at The American Express the following week. The 36-year-old has struggled with consistency the last few years, slipping all the way down to No. 261 in the world rankings. However, the short layouts at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am have been friendly to the Scot in the past. He has five made cuts in eight attempts, including a personal best seventh-place finish last year. Knox is a risky play but is capable of a good finish at Pebble Beach if his irons get hot again and a few putts drop for him.--Greg Berning - RotoBaller
