His success has been fueled by elite approach play, ranking seventh on tour in proximity to the hole on approach shots (31 feet, nine inches). Pebble Beach, the shortest par-72 course on tour at just 6,972 yards, plays to Henley's strengths. While he ranks 163rd in driving distance, Henley excels in driving accuracy, currently ranking eighth, which will be more beneficial this week. Another key stat is proximity from 100-150 yards, as 37.6% of all approach shots at Pebble Beach come from this range. Henley ranks in the 98th percentile for proximity from this distance. Though he finished T58 at this event last year, fantasy managers should expect a stronger performance this time around.
