Royce Freeman Scores First NFL Touchdown
6 years agoDenver Broncos running back Royce Freeman found the end zone for the first time of his career Sunday in the Broncos 20-19 victory over the Raiders. The one-yard, goal-line plunge saved fantasy owners from what was otherwise a silent afternoon from the rookie back. Freeman finished with 28 yards on eight carries and the aforementioned TD, giving him 8.8 fantasy points on the day. Fellow rookie RB Phillip Lindsay stole the show once again, so owners who drafted Freeman would be wise to temper expectations moving forward.
