6 years agoDenver Broncos rookie running back Royce Freeman (ankle) is not practicing on Wednesday. Although the Broncos are optimistic that Freeman may not have to miss any time, he's dealing with a high ankle sprain, which usually keeps players out several weeks. Fantasy owners should not be expecting Freeman to play against the Chiefs in Week 8. Fellow rookie Phillip Lindsay would be a strong RB2 case if Freeman is indeed inactive, with Devontae Booker working on passing downs.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
