Royce Freeman Looks to Bounce Back After Disappointing Week 5
6 years agoAfter finding the end zone in three straight games, Denver Broncos running back Royce Freeman managed just 31 yards on five carries in the Broncos Week 5 loss to the New York Jets. The five carries were a season-low for Freeman -- as he fell victim to game script with the Broncos facing a two-score deficit for the entire second half -- but he'll draw a Rams defense in Week 6 which has allowed 4.9 yards per carry to opposing RBs and may be without two of their top offensive weapons - solidifying his place in the RB2/flex conversation this week.
