Rougned Odor Belts Third Homer
4 years agoNew York Yankees second baseman Rougned Odor belted his second homer in as many days in Saturday's victory over the Indians. Odor gave the Yankees the lead after an Aaron Hicks homer tied the game in the fifth inning- and that was all the offense they would need with Gerrit Cole on the mound. His home run was a long blast that traveled 426 feet and left his bat at an exit velocity of 106.2 MPH. Odor is batting just .189 but has some pop in his lefty bat, which could give him staying power in a predominantly right-handed Yankee order.
