Ross Stripling Struggles Through Worst Start Of The Season
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starter Ross Stripling allowed seven runs (six earned) on eight hits across three innings of work during Monday's 11-9 win over the Seattle Mariners. He struck out two batters without issuing a walk and surrendered three home runs. The offense truly bailed out Stripling in this one, as he was able to escape with a no-decision. The 30-year-old has fallen on hard times in August, tallying an 8.10 ERA through three starts in the month. Stripling will look to rebound in his next projected start on Sunday against the Colorado Rockies.
