3 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. (groin) is scheduled for an MRI on Saturday. Due to groin soreness, he was out of the lineup for Saturday's contest against the San Diego Padres. The 24-year-old superstar has missed the team's last three games and remains day-to-day. His MRI should provide the Braves with a better idea of the star outfielder's groin injury severity. William Contreras should see an uptick in at-bats and serve as the team's designated hitter while Marcell Ozuna handles left field duties with Acuna sidelined.
