Romeo Doubs Inefficient Despite High Target Share
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs caught four of his nine targets, gaining 21 yards, during the team's 27-10 loss to the New York Jets. Since having two solid performances against Tampa Bay and New England in Weeks 3 and 4, the rookie receiver has a total of just 50 yards on seven receptions over the past two weeks. His involvement in the passing game has not gone away. Doubs has played 85% or more of the offensive snaps over the past month, and his nine targets were the most he had received in a single game this season. The 22-year-old has just been inefficient the past two weeks. He has a get-right game against a soft Washington Commanders pass defense in Week 7 and should be considered a FLEX option in that matchup.
