Romeo Doubs Held Out Of Practice This Week
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (hamstring) missed practice this week with a hamstring issue but was able to get in some sprints off to the side, per beat writer Rob Demovsky. Doubs' practice status has been a concern this week as he either hasn't practiced at all or has not participated in team activities. It's encouraging to see him get some individual drills going off to the side but his status for Week 1 is still unclear. The second-year wideout told reporters that "everything's fine. I'll leave those answers up to coach, however, just taking everything day by day," when he was asked about his availability. It sounds like we won't know more until the official injury report is released later next week as head coach Matt LaFleur hasn't been very forthcoming to the media in regards to Doubs' health either. If he is unable to suit up against the Bears in Week 1 then expect rookie wideout Jayden Reed and tight end Luke Musgrave to see more looks from quarterback Jordan Love.
