Romeo Doubs A Solid Flex Option In Week 7
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs will face the Washington Commanders in Week 7. The rookie has seen a solid target share over the past month, averaging 7.5 per game. However, Doubs has tallied just 50 yards on seven receptions over the past two weeks, disappointing those who have thrown him into their lineup as a FLEX option. The matchup against Washington couldn't be better for a bounce-back performance. The Commanders allow the third-most fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position and have allowed the third-most touchdowns through six weeks. The 22-year-old has a decent shot at finding the end zone this week, leaving him as a solid FLEX option. It is important to note that Sammy Watkins (hamstring) has been designated to return from the IR and could make his return this week. Even if he is not at 100%, he could take away snaps from Doubs and would make him a riskier option, but still one worthy of starting due to teams being on bye this week.
