Romeo Doubs A Potential Flex Option In Week 4
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs will face the New England Patriots in Green Bay this Sunday. The rookie receiver led the team in targets last week during the Packers' 14-12 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, hauling in all eight of his targets for 73 yards and a touchdown. Doubs saw his snap percentage increase from 37% in Week 2 to 89% last week, but that may have been due to the absence of Sammy Watkins and fellow rookie Christian Watson. Watson will be back this week, potentially putting a dent in Doubs' high snap percentage. However, the 22-year-old has earned his fair share of targets in the offense and should see plenty of playing time as Watson gets back up to speed. The matchup against New England is not great, as the Patriots are allowing the fifth-fewest points to opposing fantasy wide receivers. With that said, Doubs can be used as a FLEX option in deeper PPR leagues in Week 4.
