5 months agoWith the No. 3 pick of the 2024 NBA draft, the Houston Rockets selected Kentucky's Reed Sheppard. He wasn't a routine starter for the Wildcats last season. However, Sheppard averaged 12.5 points, 4.5 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.5 steals. He also shot an impressive 52.1% from behind the arc. There were rumblings the Rockets would be trading this pick. But they'll land one of the best shooters in the draft, although he'll have plenty of competition for scoring opportunities in Houston.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
