5 years agoHouston Astros catcher Robinson Chirinos is not in the lineup for Game 5 of the World Series against the Nationals. The veteran has come up huge in the past two games, going 4-for-9 with one double, two home runs and three runs batted in. It certainly can be considered a curious move by manager A.J. Hinch but backup Martin Maldonado has caught projected starter Gerrit Cole often this season. Chirinos will be a threat off the bench in this pivotal matchup.--Joey C - RotoBaller
